Connectivity Strategy

The Connectivity Strategy engagement provides the customer with a connectivity roadmap (cRoadmap) that is customized to the business and technology objectives of our customer.

We provide an comprehensive analysis of the electronic communication protocols used, including supporting documentation. Then, we examine the messaging, monitoring, and testing solutions in place. We share our knowledge of standard functions and processes needed to support a connectivity solution, and work with our customer to ensure the proper people are in place to deliver those functions across the organization. Finally, we provide a prioritized list of recommendations which becomes the cRoadmap for our customer.
